Jenny has helped and supported me through titration for my ADHD medication. She's guided me through different medications until I found the right one to suit me. She's always answered my questions clearly and quickly and even spoke with my HRT specialist when she wanted to ask her something. Jenny seems calm, compassionate professional and supportive...everything you want in a nurse! Thank you for your help through this confusing a strange process. I'm now in a more positive and controlled position in life.

Jenny has been helping me through my titration throughout 2021, and she has been amazing. Her replies are fast, medication is dispatched very quickly, and she listens, understands and answers any questions I have had for her during the last year, in detail. I couldn’t recommend Jenny enough, I had changed medication / doses quite a few times during my time with her and she was very patient with me. Thanks a lot Jenny!

Really fantastic experience with Jennifer as my Prescribing Nurse at Psychiatry UK. - Prompt at replying. - Helpful chasing a delivery company error. - Thoughtful and thorough communication. I would have no issue recommending Psychiatry UK, due largely to my interactions with Jennifer. A credit to the company.

Exceptional service, Jenny gives you the ability to go through the titration process without the need of seeing you in person so you can just check all of your health measures at home and then discuss it with her - really saves you the hassle. She always rapidly respond to your queries, if you ask her she would send prescriptions through special delivery, and she is tremendously knowledgeable - like really, she feels more like a doctor than a nurse in terms of knowledge, I did not have a query she wouldn't know an answer to and she has definitely gained my trust. I am not surprised to see 5/5 mean, and I am happy to contribute to it by writing this review. I am rather picky but Jenny is doing some highest class service, definitely would recommend.
